In an effort to "rejoice always" I will be posting thoughts each day about the best part of my day.
4Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! 5Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. 6Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. 8Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. Psych and Spiritual Development
Tonight I rejoice in the blessing of being able to go to school at Biola and learn so much about myself and more importantly about my amazing God and how he works, especially in our lives. I think for the next not quite a year (can you believe that's all I have left? I rejoice in that too!) that many Thursdays will be filled with some sort of rejoicing having to do with school. It's just hard to find something much better in my life right now. It is definitely the place where I am growing the most in my walk with the Lord, and that is certainly worth rejoicing in. That is another thing I can be thankful for. I probably wouldn't have rejoiced this much in school had I gone to college "when I was supposed to".
