Pumpkin carving

I carved a pumpkin tonight. And I didn't use a stencil. For those that know me well you know that is a big deal. I am for sure artistically challenged. But, more importantly than carving a pumpkin, I got to hang out with good friends who I don't see very often. I rejoice in the chance to spend some time with some very important people. And their cute kids.

I just spent the last couple of hours driving around with my sis, trying to find a Starbucks that was open. We finally found one. And hung out for awhile. And now we're watching a movie. Which is why this is late. I rejoice in sister hang out time.

Urgent Care

So my brother Ryan hurt his arm a couple days ago and it was still bothering him pretty badly today. Because of that Mom decided it would be a good idea to take him to get it checked out just in case. Thankfully, his arm is not broken. But, it was nice to get the chance to hang out with him a bit and go to dinner afterwards. I rejoice in oldest/youngest sibling time :)

Homework at Starbucks

For some reason it's just so much easier for me to focus at Starbucks than it is anywhere else. And because of that, I rejoice in the fact that once again I was able to spend the day there working on my homework. It really wasn't all that difficult of homework to do because a majority of the time I was writing a book report about an amazing book I had to read called The Peace Child. I highly recommend it if you haven't read it. I rejoice in ipads to do homework on and in good books to read and write about.

I'm back! With an iPad!

I just have to take the time to rejoice once again. After 3 months of being computerless, I am back online. With my very own iPad! I could not be more thankful. I rejoice in student loans. And not having to go to the library at odd times to do homework :)
