3 miles

That's how far I walked today with my dear, sweet Emily. Then we came home and had a healthy snack of an apple for me and celery for her. And then she made us a healthy dinner. Plus, I resisted the candy on the table at work today and ate cuties instead. I rejoice in taking good care of yourself and feeling good about it :)
